Charles Borck was a basketball player who represented the Philippines in the 1936 Summer Olympics. He was born to a German father and Spanish mother and was nicknamed "The Blonde Bombshell" because of his blond hair and good looks.

With a height of 6'1", he played for the San Beda College Red Lions where they won the national championship of the NCAA in 1934, 1935 and 1936. He took part in the 1936 Olympic basketball tournament in Berlin with the Philippine national basketball team.

After two victories over Mexico (32:30) and Estonia (39:22), the team was defeated in the quarterfinals by the later Olympic champions from the United States with 23:56. With ten points, he was the most successful thrower in the Philippine selection in this game. Two more victories over Italy (32:14) and Uruguay (33:23) secured fifth place with the team
