Gabriel Felipe Fajardo was a basketball player who competed in the London Olympic Games in 1948. He played alongside his brother Felicisimo against Iraq in their first match of the London Games, he helped his team become the first to score 100 points in a match at the Olympics.
Fajardo was a center for most of the 1940s. Aside from the Olympics, he also represented the Philippines in the 1941 Greater Asian Co Prosperity Sphere Games in Japanese-occupied Manchuria. After his retirement from playing, he became a successful coach, winning Manila League championships with different teams.
