Ramon Manulat was a 6’1” Filipino basketball player who participated in the 1956 Summer Olympics hosted by Melbourne, Australia. The Philippines placed 7th.

With a defense speciality, Manulat was known as a lockdown defensive guard who paved the way for the likes of Ed Ocampo, Sonny Jaworski, Wynne Arboleda, Ryan Reyes and Chris Ross to follow in his footsteps. He played together with Caloy Loyzaga, Lauro Mumar and Tony Genato for the Philippine National Team that won a gold medal at the 1954 Asian Games and a bronze medal at the 1954 FIBA World Championship.
