Manolita Cinco Dopeno was a hurdler who competed in the women's 80 metres hurdles at the 1956 Summer Olympics. She was the first woman to represent the Philippines at the Olympics. She won the BPISAA title in 1953 in Vigan, clocking a meet record of 12.2.

In the 1954 Asian Games in Manila, she won a bronze medal in the 4x100. In the 80 Hurdles, she was 2nd in her heat in 12.4 time but was disqualified in the finals. She joined the 1956 Summer Olympics and her teammate Francisca Sanopal in the 80m Hurdles where she finished 7th in Heat 1 in 12.1 seconds but was eliminated. In the 1958 Asian Games, she took home an individual bronze in the 80m Hurdles.

She is married to Alejano Dopeno. Later in her life, she was diagnosed with breast cancer but survived it.
