Nabiula Parsons was a swimmer who competed in two events at the 1956 Summer Olympics held in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

At the age of 26, he competed in his first and only Olympic Games. In the men's 200m butterfly event, he competed in Heat 2 and finished fifth among six swimmers by clocking 3 mins and 3.2 seconds. He failed to advance from the first round of the men's 200m breaststroke after being disqualified. He died on February 19, 2005 at the age of 75. 02/19/2005
