Antonio Saloso was one of the representatives of our country in the swimming event in the Rome Olympics held in 1960. Although he didn’t bag any medal in the Olympics, his stint in the 1962 Asian games together with his contemporary swimmers Hassan, Hamsain, and Abdulgafur, won a silver in the 4 x 100m medley relay category.
