Mona Sulaiman was a sprinter who competed in the 100m event of the 1960 and 1964 Summer Olympics, respectively held in Rome, Italy and Tokyo, Japan.

Hailing from Cotabato, Philippins, she also competed in the 1962 Asian Games hosted by Jakarta where she won gold medals in the 100 and 200m sprints and relay events. She also garnered a bronze medal in the shot put event at the same tournament.
