Daniel Olivares was a cyclist who competed in two events at the 1964 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan.

At the age of 24, he finished 97th in the men’s individual road race and 29th in the men’s 100km team time trial. His teammates in the 100 km team time trial were Norberto Arceo, Cornelio Padilla, and Arturo Romeo.
