Arnulfo V. Valles was a sprinter who competed in two events at the 1964 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.
At the age of 24, he competed in his first and only Olympic Games. He finished 7th in heat 2 of the men’s 100m event and the Philippine team finished 7th in heat 3 of the 4 x 100m relay. At the 1996 Asian Games in Bangkok, he was a member of the Philippine team who won a bronze medal in the 4 x 100m relay.
His best record was in 1967 when he clocked 10.5 in the 100-meter dash. He was the joint fastest man in 1967 in the 100m with Onofre and the fastest man in the Philippines in the 200 in 1966 and 1968.
