Félix Ocampo was a boxer who competed in the men's light-middleweight event at the 1964 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan.

At the age of 23, he competed in his first and only Olympic Games. He didn’t make it to the quarter-finals and lost his fight in the light-middleweight division to Anthony Barber of Australia with a decision score of 5-0. In the 1966 Asian Games, he won bronze in light-middleweight -71 kg. The Philippines ranked 5th in boxing in the Asian Games in the same year.
