Fausto Preysler was a sailor who competed at the 1960 Summer Olympics held in Rome and the 1964 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan.

At the 1960 Rome Olympics, he competed in the Three-Person Keelboat (Dragon) Open tournament as a member of the Philippine team. They earned 1,215 points and placed 24th out of 27 countries.

He competed again in the same event at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics and they finished 21st out of 23 contenders.
