Arturo Romeo was a Filipino professional cyclist who represented the Philippines in the 1964 Summer Olympics. Held in Tokyo, he was joined by Daniel Olivares, Cornelio Padilla and Norberto Arceo. Romeo competed for two events – the men’s individual road race and the team time trial. The 1964 Tokyo Olympiad was the debut of the Philippines for the former. In the individual road race, Romeo finished at 73rd, with a 4:39:51.83 timecard. They placed 29th in the team trial category.
