Lolita Lagrosas was an athlete who competed in the 1964 and 1968 Summer Olympic Games under the high jump event. Having reached the height of 1.55 in the qualifying round of the high jump event, she placed 24th. Meanwhile, she placed 15th in the 2nd qualifying tournament of the long jump event with a distance of 5.52. At the 1968 Summer Olympics, she participated in the Pentathlon and placed 25th out of 33 with 4131 points.

Lagrosas earned four medals at the Asian Games – silvers in high jump (1958 and 1966), a bronze in the pentathlon (1966), and a bronze in high jump (1970). In the 1965 Taipei Dual Meet, she took home the gold in the high jump, long jump, and pentathlon. After retiring as an athlete, she served as the head coach of De La Salle University for many years.
