Norman Henson was a gymnast who competed in five events at the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico City.

At the age of 18, he competed in his first and only Olympic Games. He came in second to the last in the men’s individual all-around event with 27.65 points and in the qualifiers of the men’s floor exercise event where he failed to qualify for the finals. In the horse vault event, he placed 115th with 8.40 points in the qualifiers and came in last place in the qualifiers of the parallel bars event with 4.95 points. He placed 16th in the qualifiers of the rings event with 6.60 points and failed to advance to the finals.
