Tortillano Tumasis was a wrestler who competed at the 1964 Summer Olympics in Tokyo Japan and the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico.

At the age of 30, he competed in two events at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. He withdrew from his fight against Michele Toma of Italy in the men’s bantamweight Greco-Roman event. In the bantamweight freestyle event, he lost to János Varga of Hungary in the first round and was defeated by Choi Yeong-Gil of South Korea in the second round.

He competed again at the 1968 Summer Olympics in the men’s featherweight Greco-roman event. He lost to Léonard Dutz of Belgium in the first round and was defeated by Simion Popescu of Romania in the second round.
