Joaquin Rojas was a professional Filipino point-guard who represented the Philippines in the 1968 Summer Olympiad in Mexico City, Mexico.

Born in Maasin, Leyte, he played in the collegiate squad of the University of the Visayas in his early career. He was a part of the national basketball team from 1965 to 1971. The team won the bronze medal in the 1969 Bangkok Asian Basketball Confederation Championship (ABC), and gold in the 1967 ABC.

In the first two seasons of the Philippine Basketball Association, he played for the Toyota Comets, where he helped secure the championships for the first and second conference in 1975.
