Eliseo Salugta was a two-time Olympian joining the Summer Olympics held in Mexico and Munich, Germany in 1968 and 1972 respectively.

The Ilonggo was a wrestler representing the Philippines for the lightweight division in 1968 and featherweight division in 1972. He both competed in the freestyle and Greco-Roman category during this time, but unfortunately, he didn’t make it to the top.
