Carlos Singson Brosas was a swimmer who competes internationally for the Philippines. His Olympic debut was in five events in the 1972 Olympics hosted by Munich, Germany. He ranked 34th place for the men's 100m butterfly.

Carlos Brosas was an Olympian at the 1972 Games, and also a coach at the 1988 and 2012 Games.
