Arturo Macapagal was a shooter from the Philippines who represented the country in the 1972 and 1976 Summer Olympics, joining under the free pistol event. In 1972, Art was able to establish a national record in the Olympiad event, which remained unbroken for 21 years.

In 1973 and 1974, he was an All- around Filipino Sports Awardee of the Philippine Sportswriters Association. Because of his contribution and dedication to the sport of target shooting, the Philippine Olympic Committee honored him as the Most Outstanding Shooter for the Decade of 1980.
