Deogracias Asuncion was a cyclist who represented the Philippines in the 1984 Summer Olympics. He was the only member in the cycling team who entered in more than one event.

At 26 years old, he competed in the 1982 Asian Games held at New Delhi as one of the five cyclists of the Philippine Cycling Team where he, along with 3 other teammates, won the bronze medal for the 4,000 meter Team Pursuit event.

He later on competed in the 1984 Olympics in the sprint race (where he was eliminated in the 1st round) and in the Points race, where he placed 18th in Heat 1, and then lost in later rounds.
