Diomedes Panton was a cyclist who competed in the individual pursuit event at the 1984 Summer Olympics held in Los Angeles, California.

At the age of 23, he was the only participant in heat one and finished in 5:14.27 time. He placed 29th out of 33 participants overall. He also won the gold medal at the Men's 4km individual pursuit in track racing in the 1981 Southeast Asian Games, beating fellow Filipino cyclist, Renato Mier, at the Kabataang Barangay Velodrome.
