Jairulla Jaitulla was a swimmer who competed at the 1972 Summer Olympics and the 1984 Summer Olympics.

At the age of 18, he competed in his first Olympic Games in 1972. The Philippines placed 13th out of 14 countries overall in the men’s 4 × 100 m Freestyle Relay and last place in the 4 × 200 m Freestyle Relay. Jaitulla came in 25th place in the 200 m Individual Medley and 31st in the 400 m Individual Medley.

Twelve years later, he competed again in the Summer Olympics in 1984 in Los Angeles, California, USA. He came in 36th place in the men’s 100 m Breaststroke event and 35th in the 200 m Breaststroke. He placed 28th in the men’s 200.
