Nenita Rodella Adan is a track and field athlete from a farming village in Libmanan, Camarines Sur, in the Bicol region.

She was first spotted as a sprinter in elementary school where she competed and won in various levels, including the national Palarong Pambansa. Because of her ability, she earned a scholarship at the Naga College Foundation. She later enlisted with the Philippine Navy and eventually became part of the National Team. She won a gold in the 400m hurdles and a bronze in the 100m hurdles of the 1987 SEA Games in Jakarta, Indonesia. After that, she competed in the 400m hurdles in the 1988 Olympics in Seoul, South Korea where she placed seventh in the qualifying heats.
