Bernardo Rimarim was a professional cyclist who competed for the Philippines in the 1988 Summer Olympiad. The games were hosted by Seoul, South Korea, and was joined by 159 nations. Going up against 422 cyclists from 62 different nations, Rimarim was a participant in two events – the 1000-meter time trial for men, and the men’s point race.
Rimarim earlier won a bronze medal in the 1986 Asian Games held also in Seoul, under the points race category.
