Lee Patrick Concepcion was a swimmer who participated at the 1988 and 1992 Summer Olympic Games. His mother taught him how to swim when he was five. His first tournament was a novice meet at the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex in October 1975 where he finished first, second, and third in three separate events. Concepcion participated in his first Olympic Games in 1988, at the age of 20. He clocked 1:06.74 in heat three of the men’s 100 Breaststroke event and placed 7th, failing to qualify for the finals. He placed 8th in heat three of the men’s 200m Breaststroke event in 2:29.62 time and failed to advance to the finals. He participated again in the 1992 Summer Olympics in three events. He placed 35th out of 59 participants overall in the men’s 100m breaststroke, 28th out of 54 in the 200m breaststroke, and the Philippines placed 18th out of 23 teams in the 4 x 100m Medley Relay. Concepcion held the national record in the 200-meter breaststroke from 1988 to 2004. He participated at the 1985 Southeast Asian Games and 1991 edition where he garnered medals.

He has been a pastor of Victory since 2002.
