Elias Recaido was a professional boxer who competed in the Olympic Games under the Philippine flag. He was a boxing competitor in the 1996 Summer Olympics held in Atlanta, Georgia.

Under the Men’s Flyweight (under 51 kg) Division, he fell short against the eventual gold medalist, Maikro Romero, in the quarterfinals. Recaido was 5’4” n tall. Recaido also earlier won a bronze medal in the 1990 Beijing Asian Games under the light flyweight division, and a gold medal in the 1996 Hiroshima Asian Games for the flyweight category.
