Mansueto Velasco Jr. was a Filipino boxer, comedian and occasional actor from Bago, Negros Occidental, Philippines.

He competed in the men’s light-flyweight event at the 1996 Summer Olympics. He defeated Chih-Hsiu Tsai of Taiwan in the first round and Yosvani Aguilera of Cuba in the second round, qualifying for the quarter-finals where he defeated Hamid Berhili of Morocco. He defeated Rafael Lozano of Spain in the semi-finals and lost to Daniel Petrov in the finals, winning the silver medal.

Competing in the 48 kg category, he won a gold medal at the 1994 Asian Games. He is the younger brother of Roel Velasco, a light-flyweight boxer who won a bronze medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics.

Velasco later had a successful career as a comedian, appearing in several sitcoms and TV series.
