Jennifer Chan was an archer who participated in the 2000 Summer Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia. She competed in the women's individual event, losing 143-160 to a Turkish competitor in the first round and finishing 59th out of 64 competitors.

After that, she won the gold medal at the women’s individual compound event at the 2009 Southeast Asian Games. Her 2009 participation was supposed to be her last though she participated in the 2011, 2015, and 2017 editions. She won a silver in women's individual in 2011 and a bronze in the women's team event in 2015. At the 2011 Archery World Cup in Shanghai, she was part of the Philippine team that won a bronze in the women's compound.
