Sheila Mae Perez is an Olympic diver who competed at the 2000 and 2008 Summer Olympics. She competed in the women’s springboard event at the 2000 Summer Olympics, finishing 32nd out of 56 in the qualifiers. She competed again in the same event at the 2008 Beijing Olympics and finished 23rd out of 30, failing to qualify for the semifinals.

She won two medals at the 2003 Southeast Asian Games, and three gold medals at the 2005 Southeast Asian Games, in the 3m springboard, synchronised 3m springboard and 1m springboard events, becoming the first ever triple-gold medalist from the Philippines at the Games. She also won a gold and a silver in the 2007 Southeast Asian Games.
