Rogen Ladon is a boxer who competed in the light-flyweight division at the 2016 Summer Olympic Games.
He first took up boxing in 2007, and won medals in international tournaments such as the Asian Amateur Boxing Championships and Southeast Asian Games and in smaller tournaments like the 2012 Taipei City Cup and the 2011 Hong Kong International Tournament. In the Philippines, Ladon won in the Filipino National Open Junior Championships under the 46kg category. He bagged the bronze medal at the 2008 edition and the gold prize at the 2009 edition.
He also won a gold medal in the 2013 Philippine National Games under the 49kg category. Ladon entered the 2016 Summer Olympics after finishing second at the Asia & Oceania Olympic qualifiers.
