Miguel Luis Lopez Tabuena is a professional golfer who participated in the 2016 Rio Olympics.
He played on the Asian Tour, where he has won twice – one in Malaysia, and another in Singapore. Tabuena bagged the silver medal from the 2010 Asian Games under the men’s individual event.
As a professional, he picked up his first win at the 2015 Philippine Open.
Tabuena also played in the Philippine Golf Tour, where he scored seven wins. In 2016, Tabuena was recognized as the Sportsman of the Year by the Philippine Sportswriters Association, (PSA), sharing the award with Filipino boxing champions Donnie Nietes and Nonito Donaire.
