John Cabang is a 22-year-old Filipino-Spanish trackster. Born in Madrid, Spain, to Filipino parents. He joined the team of the Philippine Athletics Track and Field Association (PATAFA) and took the Philippine record for 110-meter hurdles, holding the national record at 13.37 seconds. He debuted in the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, competing in the 110 M Hurdles. On August 4, 2025, he finished sixth in Heat 1 with a time of 13.66 seconds.
