Vanessa Sarno, born on September 28, 2003 in her home province of Bohol. At the age of nine, she quickly rose through the national pool, standing out in international youth competitions. After garnering sufficient in the International Weightlifting Federation Olympic Qualification. She secured a spot in the 2024 Paris Olympics. Though her debut ended early after three attempts in the snatch during the women’s 71kg weightlifting event.
